Spend time in Nature
Surround yourself in God’s creation can bring you closer to Him and help refresh your mind
Start a morning or evening routine
Choose something to add to your routine that you will look forward to! Ex. A walk after work, a cup of coffee in the morning, listening to a song in the evening.
Start a gratitude journal
Even in good or hard times we have things to be grateful for. When we spend time thanking God for the things he has given us it creates a shift in our heart!
Try something new
Take a new class, try a new recipe, read a new book!
Move your body
Find some type of exercise you enjoy that will get your body moving!
Spend time with Jesus
Try a sabbath day. Read a verse a day. Listen to worship music. However you enjoy spending time with Jesus, do it!
Find a friend or mentor who you can share your thoughts with
Sometimes sharing with someone you trust can help remind you that you are not alone and help encourage you to keep pressing on!
Sit in silence
It will most likely feel uncomfortable at the beginning, but sometimes just sitting in silence allowing ourselves to be still before the Lord can create space for him to speak.
