harvest is coming

It is easy to become discouraged when the fruit of our labor isn’t evident; when the needle seems to be unmoved. But we serve a sovereign and faithful God, and we continue to labor; we continue to sow, to plant, and to weep.

Because He is worthy of it all.

The time has come that we see people unreached by the gospel ready to hear the story of Jesus. They are hungry for truth and craving for hope that we only find in Him.

3.1 billion people. People like you and me – except with one eternally significant difference: they haven't yet been given the opportunity to hear the story of Jesus.

So, we continue to work hard, for the harvest is plentiful, but laborers are still few. Only 3% of overseas missionaries serving among the unreached.

Our prayer is that God will use Cafe 1040 to raise and equip a generation of young adults who will step up as laborers in the great commission.

A diversity of young adults across the country who will be co-workers for the Gospel and share the same mission:

To make disciples from every tongue, tribe, and nation, who one day will stand together before He who is worthy of all honor and glory.
