You will learn the language, culture, and history, and build relationships in order to share the hope of the Gospel.
JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW
Your job will be to serve as the leader of our student program, which is designed to equip students as they consider long-term work among the unreached in a closed country. You will report directly to the Team Leader and work closely alongside the Associate Director of Overseas Programming to organize, facilitate and develop the program. You will mentor students in a group and one-on-one settings as they live life among the unreached. These mentoring sessions will allow time for processing, debriefing, guidance, and encouragement as the students undergo intense training and cross-cultural exposure. You will teach our curriculum in group settings and have leadership in defining and refining program elements and curriculum. Additionally, you will shepherd and lead these students by example during their training.
